The gentlemen that I had the pleasure of working with made my buying experience among the best ever, and I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my life. It was obvious that he took pride in his customer service skills and was knowledgeable about what he was selling. We had done a lot of research before we went to the dealership with the fear of getting ripped off. It was a breath of fresh air that Rob didn't try to over price us or offer us an unfair amount for our trade in. He was upfront and honest. Of course, he is a salesman and used techniques to sell the car but he didn't put any pressure on us and gave us straight forward, honest answers to questions we had. Once was got to the financial side, Edwin was a HUGE help. When we had questions for him he thoroughly explained all the financial information and warned us for the future of what to ask for from financial managers to ensure not getting ripped off if we used another dealership for our next car. He was friendly and very informative. He gave us time to ask questions and was thorough in his explanations. He didn't rush us and actually cared. Incidentally, nothing else in the several thousand listings checked came even close. I was equally fortunate in the dealership that listed the car. They were extremely helpful and staightforward from the outset. As a result I was comfortable making a substantial deposit without having even seen the car (I assumed perhaps incorrectly that I would forfeit that deposit if I elected not to purchase the car.) While apparently, there is alot more time consuming paperwork than I remenbered from past purchases the sales and financial person took the time to explain all aspects of the transaction and in addition took the time to answer my questions. Where they where not familiar or experienced in the area of my inquiry they brought in someone who was - for instance the mechanic who had set up the car. Although the car was 7 years old it seemed brand new without a blemish. I told a friend I felt like I'd won the lottery. When I walked in I actually spoke to the general manager first and was greeted respectfully. The salesperson, Ashely showed me the car I was interested in : a '09 Mazda 6 grand touring. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and friendly about the car and was clearly very well trained. Much more than I can say about the other dealers on riverdale st. Out of all of the test drives it was the best because it wasn't just a loop up and down a road full of stop lights. I would highly recommend this dealer and the cars to anyone. In this case it was Christele, and what she did was go through the entire car to make sure I understood how everything worked. She was awesome. All in all it was a smooth and just a great experience all together. Once I selected the Passat, he was extremely fair in his sales negotiations with me while not being overbearing and agressive as many sales people are in the car industry.
